Lorraine joined the ANU National Security College in January 2022 on secondment from the Office of National Intelligence. Lorraine has experience in intelligence, law enforcement, policy, capacity development and professional development across a range of national security community agencies including Defence, the AFP, ACIC, ONI and AGD. Lorraine has a particular passion for adult education and learning technologies and brings expertise in leadership and management education and training.

Lorraine has a Bachelor of Community Education from the University of Canberra and a Masters of Professional Education and Training from Alfred Deakin University.
